ITTP Online Terms and Conditions
Course Requirements
We accept applications from anyone whose first language is English or whose mother tongue is English or for people who speak English proficiently. Applicants must also be over the age of 17.
Our Course Failure Policy
Enrolment onto the ITTP Online Internationally Recognized TEFL/TESOL Course does not automatically lead to successful graduation. ITTP reserves the right to fail a Trainee. In the event of a Trainee failing to successfully complete the Course the Trainee shall receive further guidance and depending upon the nature of the failure, a chance to re-take a part or the whole Course again.
NOTE: Plagiarism is not taken lightly and any student caught plagiarizing will be formally warned and, in the event of continued plagiarism failed.
If you fail a module
Part of our Education Promise is the feature that a Trainee may re-submit a module up to 3 times. If the Trainee fails to pass the module on the 4th attempt he or she shall receive further guidance. Throughout the Course your personal Tutor will be constantly evaluating and reporting your progress to our Course Manager and our Online TEFL/TESOL Manager.
If you do not complete the course within 6 months
Trainees are encouraged to complete the Course within 6 months. However, we know many of you have other work and time obligations. Because of this, it is also possible to extend your Course.
Refunds and Cancellations
You are entitled to a full refund within
7 days from the Course purchase date if your plans change and you are
further entitled to a full refund if ITTP shows gross misconduct in any
way. Should you feel unsatisfied in any way with your experience on the
Course a refund may be applicable, at the discretion of the Online Course
Manager, Mr Neville David Thomas. Should you feel unsatisfied with the
decision of the Course Manager you may take the matter further with the
Onsite TEFL/TESOL Manager.

If you experience dissatisfaction with this service in any way you should contact the Onsite TEFL/TESOL Manager, who will respond to your request as soon as possible.
